About Us

Hi, I'm Nicki.

I'm an award-winning nutritionist, author, speaker and women’s health expert.

But I wasn't always this clued up about my hormones……Far from it!

I was the chubby kid at school and the grown up girl who ate pizzas, burgers and partied hard most nights. I lived my life jumping from one fad diet to the next.
So what on earth happened to turn my life around? I hit 40, and couldn’t do it any more. My body had gone through 2 pregnancies, and while my kids were amazing, it was hard work juggling family and a stressful career. I didn’t have the time or energy to look after myself. I couldn’t get into my old clothes and the extreme diets I did try weren’t working any more!

I was losing control of my body and the negative self talk was really affecting my confidence and my relationships. Something had to change!

My doctor couldn’t help. In fact he offered me anti-depressants! I knew that wasn’t the answer. So I asked my dad...
It just so happens that he’s a renowned natural health doctor, but like a typical daughter I had ignored his advice most of my life! But this time was different – I was ready to listen.
He helped me get my hormones properly tested.

The test results showed that I had multiple hormone imbalances!

With his help I learned simple natural solutions including diet, lifestyle and natural supplements.
I couldn’t believe how much better I felt. I immediately started to lose weight, my energy came back, my brain fog lifted and I was much more fun to be around.

I had no idea how powerful a role hormones play in how you look and feel.

I was so impressed with the results that I quit my job and went back to college. After thousands of hours researching, writing papers and listening to experts all over the world, I qualified as a nutritionist and started to help the many women who, like me, were missing the support they desperately needed.
And things got so busy, I had to get some help! Luckily for me, I found the most amazing fellow Nutritional Therapists to help me. Read about my amazing team below.
We are now helping hundreds of women all over the world to regain control of their hormones through our 1-1 coaching, personalised testing, group workshops, online programmes, webinars and talks (both private and corporate).

Marjolein Dutry

Nutritionist & Hormone Health Coach – dipION, mBANT, CNHC

In her mid-twenties Marjolein was heading towards burn out, experiencing extreme fatigue, a series of infections (kidneys and chest) and frequent bouts of depression. After being repeatedly told that there was nothing wrong and that all test results were ‘normal’, she was eventually diagnosed with endometriosis at the age of 30. She decided to take matters into her own hands.

Through learning about her own body through nutritional therapy, she was finally able to take control of her health. and her mission now is to support other women to understand their bodies, take control of their health and feel their best.

Bex Prade

Functional Medicine Practitioner & Nutritional Therapist – IFMCP, DipCNM, mBANT, CNHC

After growing up on a farm in New Zealand, Bex relocated to Europe in her 20’s for work, where she struggled with severe IBS and acne putting added pressure on her personal and professional life. Looking for natural ways to manage her pain, bloating and skin issues took her on a journey resulting in her becoming a Registered Nutritionist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner.

Bex is passionate about educating her clients about the power of diet and lifestyle and helps men and women to overcome even the most complex health issues using natural, science-backed solutions.

Zara Watt

Nutritionist & Health Coach – BSc(Hons), dipION, mBANT, CNHC

Zara was diagnosed with endometriosis in her late 30s, and was told it would be very difficult for her to get pregnant. Her life-long interest in health and nutrition was pushed to the next level as she researched ways to balance her hormones naturally and sought the help of a nutritionist, and eventually had a daughter.

Experiencing first-hand how powerful nutrition can be, she now specialises in working with women going through perimenopause and menopause, and is passionate about supporting women through this stage of life.

Ruth Hulbert

Nutritionist & Hormone health specialist Reg NT, mBANT, CNHC

After sailing through her 20’s and 30’s never really thinking about food & lifestyle, Ruth realised in her early 40’s that the same rules did not apply! Feeling stressed & out of shape with two young children and a demanding career, she began reading about the impact of nutrition and lifestyle and started to make transformational changes in her own life and ultimately retrained as a nutritional therapist.

For Ruth understanding the “why” has been crucial (spot the former BBC journalist) and she loves sharing ideas with clients and working with them to find a way of making changes which work for them in the long term.

Rachel Philpotts

Nutritionist and Mental Health Specialist – MSc, AFMCP, mBANT, CNHC

Rachel’s career-girl lifestyle caught up with her in her 30’s and left her a shadow of her former self.  She was oblivious to the impact that her diet and stress-levels were having on her energy levels and mood. It took total burnout to make her realise something had to change. After making some simple nutrition and lifestyle changes, the dark clouds lifted and she was able to regain her health.

Rachel promptly “quit corporate” and retrained as a nutritionist, specialising in mental health. She now helps other tired and wired career women to improve their mood naturally and feel revitalised, reenergised and restored.

Danielle Roche

Nutritional Therapist & Women's Hormonal Health Specialist - DipNT (CNM), mBANT, mCNHC

After suffering with heavy, debilitating periods, anaemia and fibroids in her early 30’s and not getting any helpful solutions from mainstream medicine, Danielle sought the help of a Nutritional Therapist and after following her recommended supplement programme, Danielle's periods were lighter with less bloating and cramping and the anaemia subsided.

Danielle was so pleased with her results that she decided to re-train to become a Nutritional Therapist and now specialises in helping women to balance their hormones for healthy, natural and painless periods, with solutions that work in harmony with the female body.

Kal Ratcliffe

Nutritionist & Gut Health Specialist – BSc NT, mBANT, CNHC

Kal's passion for nutrition developed when challenged with her own gut and fertility health that led her to retrain so she could share this powerful information with others who may also be suffering.  She firmly believes no one should suffer in silence and there are answers out there for everyone.  Kal is committed to helping women by using evidence based nutritional science to restore their health and regain their vitality.

She helps women struggling with digestive issues including IBS by supporting gut health through natural solutions – this often helps other symptoms related to autoimmunity, thyroid or hormone imbalance.
