It's a great accompaniment to the 30 Days to Happy Hormones programme, as it dives deeper into many of the themes covered during the course. And will give you a deeper understanding of why you're making the changes.

It's also a source of inspiration (especially when you're not feeling it!), you'll read many examples of women who have overcome their hormone issues to feel better than ever.

I have read many books on thyroid, hormones etc. But this book is different. Firstly it's written in plain English. Secondly, I've never read a book like it. I've spent 8 years on the internet for decent information like this. I can't put into words how good this book is, excellence doesn't come close, it's brilliant.

I just love this book, it's become a well thumbed bible I'm constantly referring to. In drew me in so much I enrolled in the Happy Hormones eating plan and after just a month could notice a definite improvement with how I was feeling. The book is eye opening and insightful and an absolute must read for the over 40s lady.
This book came late Friday and I have not put it down. After having so many investigations, scans, and appointments I am hoping this will help. The book is great, easy to follow, enjoyable, and so motivating. It gives you access to many resources on the website too. I emailed as soon as I read it as so inspired. I have read a few books as I'm going through perimenopause and this is one of the best and most informative reads. Would definitely recommend it as a must read.
