Step 1: EAT


This is where everything falls into place and you can start implementing the things you've learned to start balancing your hormones. I’m going to share with you the simple 4 step solution that I use on myself and my clients to regain control of the Feisty 4, so that you have more control over your weight, energy, mood and mind – FOR GOOD.

Step 2: REST


This step is all about balancing your cortisol, which we discovered in Video 1 can be the most dominant of all the hormones and can give you lots of unpleasant symptoms, including that belly fat that won’t budge!

Step 3: CLEANSE


This is where you try to minimise your exposure to those Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals that can really mess with your hormones. This is a really big topic, but there’s no need to be overwhelmed by it. You can just start by doing some really small things that make a big difference.

Step 4: MOVE


In this final video I talk about the best kind of exercise to get your hormones into balance. Exercise in general is great for balancing hormones because it reduces inflammation, can help you maintain a healthy weight, lowers stress, helps regulate your appetite, and aids in getting better sleep.
